TG New Ration Card: Issuance of new ration cards is a continuous process – Six kg small rice for all eligible – Minister Uttam

TG New Ration Card: Beneficiary selection process is going on for Ration Card, Indiramma Ghar, Rythu Bharosa, Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa schemes in Telangana. The government has announced that these four new schemes will be launched on the 26th of this month. Officials are holding gram sabhas in villages from tomorrow and announcing the list of beneficiaries. People whose names are not in the list are expressing anger against the officials. Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy reacted to the situation in gram sabhas. He said that the process of issuing ration cards is going on continuously. Six kg small rice will be provided to ration card holders.

Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy has assured that ration cards will be provided to all eligible people of the state and no one needs to worry. The minister said that all the poor will be given ration cards and no one needs to be afraid of believing the words of the opposition. Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy participated in Mandoor Gram Sabha of Karimnagar district. It is clarified that all public administration applications are being scrutinized as part of the selection process of beneficiaries of welfare schemes. If names are not in the list then they have been advised to apply to the Gram Sabha. He said that if they apply even today, those who are eligible will be given ration cards. The government accused BRS leaders of cheating the poor by not giving them ration cards for ten years.

40 lakh people will benefit

Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the last eligible person will be given a ration card. He criticized that only 40,000 people were given ration cards during the ten years of BRS rule. He said that the Congress government has changed the system of giving new ration cards to benefit 40 lakh people and is providing cards to all those who are eligible. It has been announced to give 6 kg small rice free to the people through ration card. Similarly, Indiramma houses will be given to all those who are eligible. He said that investment assistance of Rs 12 thousand per year will be provided for cultivable land and Rs 12 thousand per year for landless agricultural labourers.

Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the Narayanpur project will be completed within a year. He said that if the Narayanpur project is completed, farming will take place on 70 thousand acres of land. He said that the government is trying to earn more profits at less cost. Narayanpur village will be declared a flood affected village.

Applications are open till 24

A large number of applications are coming for new ration cards. They are applying to the officials in the gram sabhas. The officials have provided the opportunity to apply in the gram sabhas held till 24th of this month. Along with this, a large number of applications are coming. Ration cards will be issued to all eligible people from 26th of this month.
