TGSRTC: Goodnues for women’s associations .. Telangana government is the first time in the country

The Telangana government has taken an important decision on the allocation of RTC rent buses for women’s associations. Allotment of buses to self -halp groups .. Orders issued. In the first installment, buses will be allotted to 150 zonal associations. RTC rent buses will soon be given to the remaining 450 unions. Telangana RTC will pay a fare of Rs 77,220 per bus.

Government guarantee ..

The government will also guarantee the purchase of these buses. For the first time in the country, RTC buses for Self -Help groups hired. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, 50 buses will be started on the parade ground platform on 8 March. CM Request, Deputy CM Bhatti, Ministers Sitakaka and Ponam Prabhakar will be present in this program.

Encouragement for women.

The government has taken this decision with the aim of providing women and financially self -employment. The Telangana government believes that society will develop only when women develop in all areas. The Telangana government already provides assistance to self -hall groups through several schemes and programs.

Cooperation for women ..

The bank provides low interest loan through the linkage. Professional development training programs. Helps provide employment opportunities. Provides marketing facilities. The government has decided to implement various programs in the name of “women power”. A special action plan has been prepared for 4.32 lakh unions in the state.

Such unions ..

Self -Hallop groups have been established for poverty alleviation in rural areas. There are 10–15 women in self-help groups. Members are gathered regularly and saving. When needed, members are given the quantity of savings. In addition, loans are taken by banks. All the unions of the village work under Vivo (Village Federation). At the zonal level .. there is a federation of zoning. At the district level .. there will be a district association.

Income unions ..

The government is currently providing buses to zonal associations. Initially 150 zones will be provided. Their performance and income can be expanded to all areas after consideration. Currently private buses are being rented in RTC. Now, by giving zonal associations, income will go to women. The zonal federation is expected to monitor the presidents, secretaries and treasurer.
