Tirumala: Thirumala Srivari Salakatas Vasant festival
Salkat will be held from 10 April to 12 April at Tirumala Srivari Temple. It is a pleasure to catch these festivals for three days because Chaitrasudha Full Moon ends every year. Thirumala Tirupati Temple said that the Spring Festival will be held in a big grandeur.
Srivari Vasant Festival – Program:
- Shri Malayappa Swamy will be present in four Madhavas on April 10 at 6.30 am. Later, Vasant is performed to Mandapam. Here, the Spring Festival is returned to the temple after completing the Abhishek reports.
- On April 11, Shri Bhoomi will climb the gold chariot on the streets of Malayapaswamy Thirumda from 8 am to 10 pm. Later, the priests perform the Vasant Festival in Vasant Mandapam.
- On 12 April, Shri Sitaramalakshman Anjaneyaswamy Utsavas and Sri Rukmini Samata Srikrishnaswamy will participate in Sridevi and Bhudevi Sambeta Shri Malayapaswamy on April 12 and will return to the temple.
The ceremony of Swami and Ammavar is held every day from 2 to 4 pm during the Spring Festival. It is anointed with milk, curd, honey, coconut water, turmeric and sandalwood. The court is held every day from 6 to 6.30 pm.
This festival is known as ‘Vasantha Utsav’ for Shri Malayapaswamy in Vasant. The main process of this spring is not only to present fragrant flowers to the owner and also reports various fruits.

Thirumala Srivari has canceled various services in honor of the safety. On 10 April, TTD has announced the cancellation of Tirupapavada Seva, Kalyanotsavam, Jhanjal Seva, has earned Brahmotsavam and Sahasharadipalkar services from 10 to 12 April.
