Tirupati Crime: A case of Poxo has been registered against his father who molested his daughter in Tirupati. The incident came to light late in the city of Tirupati. According to the details given by Alipiri CI Ram Kishore, the couple, an auto driver Ashok (45), who lives in a town in the city of Tirupati, is two sons and a 16 -year -old daughter.
The daughter is studying intermediate in a government college hostel in Srikalahasti. She recently came home during the holiday of Sankranti. In this sequence, the father went to meet the daughter. The father misbehaved with the girl while sleeping.
But he told the girl not to tell anyone about it. The girl immediately told her mother. But then he did not tell the whole thing. After the holidays, he took the girl back to the hostel and pressured the girl not to tell anyone even while leaving. But when the girl told her mother what happened, she remained as if she did not know anything. But in the hostel, the daughter called and asked the mother to come.
So the mother went to her daughter living in a hostel in Srikalahasti to know what happened. He told the whole thing to his mother. The mother was very shocked by this. He later took refuge in Alipiri police station. Complained against the husband who misbehaved. After receiving his complaint, a case has been registered and investigation is being done.
Teacher jailed in poxo case
In the Poxo case, the teacher has been found guilty in the POCSO case, D. Gopalakrishnamurthy, working in a government high school located at Undrajavaram Mandal Center in Jail Eastern Godavari district. As a result, the POCSO court sentenced the teacher to two and a half years in jail and a fine of Rs 10,000, said Undrajavaram SI Gubbala Srinivas Rao.
On 28 February 2020, the then SI Avinash filed a case against teacher Gopalakrishna Murthy. The investigating officer who interrogated the witnesses filed a charge sheet in the Poxo Court after investigation. Government lawyer DV Ramanjaneyalu argued in the court. SI Srinivas Rao said that the Poxo Court judge has ruled on the 21st of this month on the basis of the evidence.
