Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan reacted to the Tirupati stampede incident. A mistake was made in this incident and people apologized. He said that he is saying this on behalf of the state government. He said that the incident is very unfortunate.

Pawan, who reached Tirupati on Thursday, inspected the stampede site. After this he spoke to the media… “Police have been deployed and TTD staff is present there. Despite so many personnel, six people lost their lives and 24 were injured. There are specific actions. He says, talks are being held with the families of the victims. We came with great confidence that this had happened to us. I have already apologized by taking his name. Strict action will be taken against those responsible for this,” Pawan Kalyan clarified.

I cannot escape the fact that as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, this incident happened today. Pawan made it clear that a mistake has been made and we are taking responsibility.
“There should be purification in TTD. TTD EO and additional EO should take responsibility. There should be a complete investigation of the incident. Strict action will be taken against those responsible. TTD VIP attitude should be avoided. There is a difference between TTD Evo and additional Evo.. The victims said that some police acted arbitrarily.. This should also be thoroughly investigated.. TTD board members.. should visit the homes of the deceased and apologize. Pawan Kalyan Hitvu said, “We should focus on the darshan of common people and not VIPs.”
