Vande Bharat Express: Visakhapatnam- Durga coaches of Vande Bharat.. This decision is due to lack of support!

Half the coaches will also be reduced in Bharat Express trains of Visakhapatnam and Durg. Both trains will consist of one executive chair car coach and seven chair car coaches. Railways requested people to observe the changes and act accordingly.

Changes.. Additions..

The authorities have made changes and additions to the Vanda Bharat Express trains as per passenger support. The number of coaches is increasing for trains with increasing number of trains and the number of coaches is decreasing for trains with least number of trains. Recently the demand for Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat trains is high. Due to this the number of coaches in trains increased. The existing 16 coaches have been increased to 20. Demand is less..

The coaches have been brought in Visakhapatnam and Durga Vande Bharat trains. Visakhapatnam-Durga Vande Bharat was inaugurated on September 16, 2024. It has 40 to 45 percent occupancy. Apart from this, Durg-Visakhapatnam (20829) Vandabharat train has 50% occupancy. From there, Visakhapatnam has 20 to 25% occupancy. The train is traveling with empty seats.

Rates higher..
