Vijayawada Highway: Heavy traffic jam from AP to Telangana
Vehicular movement has started from AP to Telangana. There has been a sharp increase in vehicle collisions near Nandigama Keesara and Jaggayyapet Chilakallu toll gates. There has been a huge increase in traffic due to return journey to Hyderabad from both Godavari and Krishna districts. There was heavy traffic jam on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway at Chityala in Nalgonda district. A big container got stuck in the arch of the railway underpass bridge on the highway. Due to this, there was a jam for 4 kilometers.
