Visakha Crime: An incident of rape of a girl using magical words has come to light in Visakha. It happened within the limits of Pimpalem police station in Visakhapatnam. Saiteja has been dating a girl (16) and her younger brother (15) from Mathurawada for some time. Whenever matters arose, the girl’s younger brother and her brother-in-law would meet. The girl also used to come to the clothes shop from time to time with her younger brother.

In this sequence, Saiteja took his brother-in-law, the girl and her younger brother to Rushikonda beach on Monday. There he rented a room in a private hotel. Saiteja, his brother-in-law and the girl’s younger brother drank the medicine together in the room. The girl was with him then. But after the medicine was over, Saiteja’s brother-in-law and the girl’s younger brother went out to get food for them.

As a result, only the girl and Saiteja were in the room. Thinking that this was the right time, Saiteja forcibly raped the girl. No matter how hard he tried to listen to her, he resorted to violence. After this the girl went home from the hotel. He told the whole story to his parents crying. The parents immediately took shelter in the PM police station. A POCSO case was registered against the accused on the complaint of the parents.

Later the search for the accused was started. On Tuesday, the police arrested the accused and sent him on remand. The girl’s parents demand that the accused be given strict punishment. On the other hand, the girl’s younger brother was also scolded by the parents. Being a POCSO case, this matter will be investigated by a DSP level officer.

A disabled girl was raped in Bhimili

A disabled girl was raped in Bhimi. Based on the complaint of the victim’s parents, the police have registered a POCSO case against the accused. Later the accused was arrested and presented before the judge. The judge sent the accused on remand.

The incident occurred in a village in Bhimili mandal of Visakhapatnam district on Tuesday. According to details given by Bhimili police, a man named Bora Elaiah Reddy (49) is living as a laborer in a village in Mandalam. The family of a disabled girl (11) lives in the neighboring house. He is mentally ill and suffers from polio.

But like every day, the parents went to work on Tuesday also. Nannamma, who was the girl’s guardian, went to tend the sheep nearby. As a result, the girl is alone at home. Thinking this, Elaiah Reddy entered that house. On the complaint of the victim, North ACP Appalaraju, Bhimili CI Sudhakar and SI Harish went to the spot and investigated.

The victim girl was shifted to KGH, Visakhapatnam for medical examination. Later the accused was arrested and presented before the judge. The judge sent the accused on remand. Villagers including parents are demanding strict action against the accused.
