YS Jagan: YS Jagan in Supreme Court … petitions to cancel the bail

YS Jagan: The petitioner has withdrawn the petitions filed by YCP President and former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy to cancel the bail. The judge believes that the petitioner has failed to convince the reasonable reasons for the elimination of bail. Former MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has made a bullet in the Supreme Court demanding the cancellation of bail of Jaganmohan Reddy.

The petitioner’s counsel tried to convince that the former Chief Minister was stopping the investigation of the case. He said that the former Chief Minister was not attending the hearing after bail, and the matter was being blocked and affected by the entire test.

On the other hand, the Supreme Court has brought in the notice of the Supreme Court that the High Court is overseeing the investigation in the cases of Jagan. The petitioner said that the PIL had filed in view of the delay in the case. The bench has made it clear that the dispute should be resolved in the High Court. The petitioner asked him to contact the High Court. The judge said that it was unfair for him to intervene under the High Court dispute.

The bench believes that intervention with the High Court is already undergoing an investigation and affecting its performance. Bullet rejected? Will it be withdrawn? When the judge questioned the petitioner, the petitioner said that the petition was withdrawing.
