Answer – Ecuador – The municipal cemetery in the city of Tulcán, Ecuador, contains more than 300 topiaries, trimmed into both traditional and experimental shapes. In 1936, park director Josè Maria Azael Franco Guerrero planted hundreds of cypress trees in the park’s chalky soil. Over time he cultivated, trimmed, and molded them into an outdoor art museum, featuring topiaries more than 12 feet tall.
