Answer – Salvador Dalí – Chupa Chups are sold worldwide in more than 100 flavors, but the popular lollipop got its start in Spain in 1958. Enric Bernat decided that the world needed a candy on a stick and so the Chupa Chup was born. (Note that there are other lollipops claiming to have been invented before this).
