Karthika Deepam 2 Serial: Karthika and Deepa clash due to Jyotsna’s decision to fire people above fifty years of age. Karthik and Deepa stage a protest on behalf of those who have been fired from Jyotsna’s job. Shivnarayan and Dashrath also consider Jyotsna’s decision wrong.
Dashrath asked the people fired from Jyotsna Company to join the job again. Dashrath apologizes to the staff along with Karthik and Deepa. Jyotsna said sorry.

The employees praise Karthik for getting his job back. Slogans of Kartik Zindabad were raised. Kartik is celebrated by wearing a garland around the neck. Deepa asks Dasharatha how is he.
